Shipping Policy

At Galaxy Rocks and Crystals, we take great care in packaging and shipping your crystals so they arrive safely and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Packaging

  • Each crystal is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure safe delivery.

  • Fragile or high-value items may be double-boxed or shipped with extra protective materials.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer International Shipping. US only. 

  Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, weather, or customs.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over [insert your amount, e.g., $75].

5. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

  • You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

6. International Orders

  • At this moment, we do not offer international shipping. 

7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Galaxy Rocks and Crystals is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Galaxy Rocks and Crystals takes great care in securely packaging each item to ensure it arrives safely. Once a package has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), we are no longer responsible for delays, damage, or loss that may occur during transit.

  • If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide tracking details, photos of your order before shipment, or any other documentation needed to assist you with the claims process.
