1. What kinds of products do you sell?
We specialize in crystals, minerals, and fossils from around the world. We personally select each piece to make sure our customers get the highest quality possible. We always keep my customers in mind when selecting pieces.

2. Are your crystals genuine?
Yes! All of our crystals and minerals are 100% authentic. We do not sell synthetic or lab-grown imitations unless clearly stated.

3. Do the crystals come with metaphysical properties listed?
Yes, many of our listings include detailed descriptions of the stone’s metaphysical properties, history, and uses. These are provided for educational and spiritual purposes only and are not intended to replace professional medical advice.

4. How do I care for my crystals?
We recommend gently cleaning your crystals with a soft, dry cloth. Some stones are sensitive to water or sunlight, so always check care instructions specific to your crystal before cleansing.

5. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Please review our Refund Policy page for full details. Because we are a small business, we do not accept returns at this time. We will only issue a refund if we are at fault.

6. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We carefully package every order, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

7. How long does shipping take?
Processing usually takes 1–3 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier but typically range from 3–7 business days within the U.S. International shipping times may vary.

8. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally. Our goal is to eventually make this happen.

9. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

10. Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
At this time, Galaxy Rocks and Crystals focuses on individual retail sales. However, for special requests or larger orders, please contact us directly.

Absolutely! If you’re searching for a specific stone, size, or formation, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to source it for you.
