At Galaxy Rocks and Crystals, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our crystals and minerals. Because each item is one-of-a-kind, all sales are considered final. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

 

1. All Sales Final

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or natural variations in crystals (such as color, size, or pattern).

  • Each crystal is unique, and slight imperfections, inclusions, or variations are part of their natural beauty.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery using this form.

  • To help us resolve the issue quickly, include photos of the product and packaging.

  • Once reviewed, we will determine if a refund is appropriate.

3. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.

  • Customers are encouraged to select shipping insurance at checkout for added protection.

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. We are happy to provide documentation to assist with the claim process.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already shipped. After that time, cancellations are not guaranteed.
